Managing Director

Experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the Building & Construction industry. Skilled in Roofing, Joinery, Social Housing, Renovation, and Construction. A Strong professional with a focus on the modern Construction. Padraic has over 15 years’ experience spread over Construction and Project Management. He founded Curley Concepts in early 2015 as Managing Director. He was previously a Site Manager with London based construction companies.

Padraic has ensured that the Company culture is led by integrity and family principle. As well as being a ‘hands on’ Managing Director and often closely supporting several projects, he still oversees the strategic direction of the company.

Donal Tighe

Site Manager

Experienced Site Management of over 20 + years focused on the residential ,Commercial and Rail industry. He has worked and been instrumental to Curley Concepts success on their most recent projects to date.

Donal initially works with the pre-construction team during tender stage and then manages all aspects of projects from start to completion. He oversees contractors and site teams and has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills across many of the Companies blue-chips clients.

Sally Rector

Accounts Manager

Sally has over 30 years of office and accounts managerial experience, and recently joined the Curley Concepts family to look after the day to day running of the office and play a supporting roll to the Managing Director.

She demonstrates the ability to co-ordinate and execute complex tasks whilst simultaneously managing the output, human resources and career management aspects of teams on all projects., and excellent communicator at all levels.

Georgina

HR Admin Assistant

Georgina recently completed her higher education levels and works in the office looking after our HR / Admin department, social media and administration.

Graham Curley

Projects Civils Consultant

With 20 + years of quality Construction experience, including Project Supervision, Project Management, and Managing Director of Construction Company, including Developer and Principal site contractor on various construction projects.

My hands-on approach is complemented by considerable experience in the construction sector. All of the positions that I have held have required an uncompromising approach to health & safety, compliance and quality standards. With a long history of safe work practices, reliability and achievement in the construction sector, I seek new challenges and career advancement opportunities. Holding significant leadership and management roles over the years ensures that I will always rise to a challenge with a proactive approach.
